London Liver Centre uses this website to publish clinic information. It does not collect health information, and it has no patient login.

Appointments

The calendar is provided by Calendly. What you type there is stored by Calendly, not by this website. That includes the results-review note about a biopsy, lab results, or a scan. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that booking. The dietitian visit is paid inside Calendly. This website does not see card numbers.

Phone, fax, and the referral form

Calling (519) 873-1750 or faxing (519) 873-1715 reaches the office. The referral PDF is a file you download. This site does not receive the completed form.

Measurement

This site counts visits and measures how fast pages load. That measurement is not used to advertise, and it is not a medical record.

Other sites

Some pages link to YouTube and to Google Maps. Those sites are not part of this one. Opening them is a choice on that page.
